I pulled out this post from my former website, one of the three I created when I cared for my ill husband and had to give up my work, which involved traveling. After he passed away, I closed it, thinking, I would never write again…
However, time goes on and I missed my writing, so I started again, recently setting up another website.
Today I just visited “waybackmachine” (internet data storage by Google, or so,)which cannot be brought to life anymore but can be seen. I do regret it very much because I wrote many articles I have not saved anymore…In a way, this article is forever proof that a healthy lifestyle would make everyone, who finds the courage to start it and stick to it very satisfied if not even happy. It could really become your life’s best decision. It is simple, but, for me, memorable…

About 15 years ago I came across some reading (always being an avid reader) about Alternative medicine. I understood immediately the value of such an approach and since then I am deeply involved in all forms of holistic healing techniques.
The studies fascinated me and my own involvement with Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Herbal Healing, etc.. are the only ways for healing for me and my family.
I strongly believe in the natural approach that is welcomed, tolerated, and accepted by the body so well, approach, that takes into consideration the whole body and its “clockwork” as well oiled machine, trying always to determine what caused the malady and get to the bottom of its origin. Because only that way cure could be successful, other organs unharmed with so serious side effects as we see daily in millions of unfortunate cases, where consequences are often so devastating that people become practically cripples, even meet their death.
I would never under no circumstance use any drugs. There is a natural way to heal EVERYTHING. That doesn’t mean there aren’t incurable medical conditions, but in those cases, drugs will not cure it also.
You know, the body has a powerful ability to mend itself, it is being helped naturally. There was one doctor whom I remember saying it right:
“I have never cured anybody. I just helped my patient’s body to heal itself.”
And he was absolutely correct.
So our goal is to keep our immune system strong and treat our body with a proper lifestyle to stay strong and healthy as it can be. It can even fight better to get well when something unexpected befell us.
Therefore, all that I intend to reveal in time in my articles, years of accumulated wisdom on this topic posted, all is confirmed by studies and also my personal experiences. I admit I am a voluntary guinea pig trying various homeopathic remedies. Ayurveda approaches, all possible and impossible 😉 herbs employed.
I’m a healthy person with boundless energy, vegetarian, practicing yoga, and meditation since the age of 20- keeping great figure through my whole life, size 7/8 (37-24-38) 5.8 /125 Lbs.

As I have mentioned already, I never take any drugs, even pain killers, no matter what. My biggest achievement in healing, although I do not do it professionally, of course, was in the case of my cousin, where homeopathy made a miracle and huge difference in her acquired debilitating condition of Myasthenia Gravis, actually even saved her life. Perhaps I post this whole story one day…
